Interesting things about apple Vinegar - Cosas interesantes acerca del vinagre de manzana

I was looking for some interesting stuff to share with you, and I just found a book from Emily Thacker - The Vinegar Book. That was a great finding, and here's some of what I've re-discovered, in the words of Emily;
-"Cider vinegar is good to finish with excessive Kg. Just had a small spoon of cider vinegar to a glass of warm water before each meal"

Here's my comment:
This could be improved if you add the same proportion of organic bee honey (you can even use 2 small spoons instead of one for each ingredient). The flavour is definitely better and the honey has lots of  enzymes that will help digestion. Ha!! Don't forget that the honey looses its properties when heaten above 40ºC (104º F).

Estaba buscando algunas cosas interesantes para compartir con vosotros, y acabo de encontrar un libro  de Emily Thacker - El Libro del Vinagre. Fue todo un hallazgo, y aquí va algo de lo que he re-descubierto, en las palabras de Emily;
- "El vinagre de sidra es bueno para terminar con los Kg excesivos. Sólo hay que añadir una cucharada pequeña (té) de vinagre de sidra con un vaso de agua tibia antes de cada comida"

Aquí mi comentario:
Esto se puede mejorar si se agrega la misma proporción de miel de abejas ecológica (incluso se puede utilizar 2 cucharas pequeñas en lugar de sólo uno para cada ingrediente). El sabor es definitivamente mejor y la miel tiene una cantidad considerable de enzimas que ayudan a la digestión. ¡Haa! Y no te olvides que la miel pierde propiedades cuando calentada por encima de los 40ºC (104ºF)

  2. Marco, I have heard for many years about the benefits of cider vinegar. Adding the honey is an extra good boost for health.

    You know I love this combination and like many I thought the vinegar will be too strong but the taste is very good!

    I haven't made it in a while and will do so when I am back from my vacation :)

    Thank you for your comments. It is a very simple recipe yet with great healthy properties, specially if you buy organic ingredients. And as you say Diana the taste is very good, so enjoy!!!
